Information for key-holders

Anyone with an Autostadt Key can access the ticket presale for Key holders as early as 48 hours before the regular presale for the concerts begins.
This presale takes place online on Eventim and on-site at Autostadt on the Piazza. You can secure up to six concert tickets for each act. The presale dates are based on the official presale start dates for each artist. We’ll keep you updated on current presale dates here in the Key Newsletter and on this page.

Online Presale on Eventim

For the online presale, you’ll need the promo code from your Key customer account.

With your Autostadt Key, you’ll save €10 per ticket during the on-site presale.
